Would you board a plane if you found out that the pilot had a heart condition and could go at any time, and although there was a co-pilot, the co-pilot was narcoleptic? I mean, sure, the chances of the pilot having a heart attack in mid-flight are probably very low, and sure, even if the co-pilot HAD to take over, it’s only narcolepsy, so really there’s only a chance that the co-pilot would fall asleep at the wheel… but would you board the plane? Better yet, would you gleefully pay your hard earned money for a ticket onto that plane, and then enthusiastically rush to your seat?
Note: I’m not implying that John McCain has a heart condition or that Sarah Palin is narcoleptic, I’m just, uh, musing out loud about a totally random rhetorical question.
I’m not buying a ticket on that plane…
